Today's Friday Celebration at RCHS was a resounding success, featuring extra effort awards, VIPs, programs, profiles, and performances. We also extended birthday greetings to a VIP recipient. What a day! What a family. What a celebration!

We are so lucky to have Mr. Randy Retzlaff join our district! He is technically a paraeducator substitute, but is willing to do anything that is thrown his way. Last week he landed in Pre-K due to some staff illnesses and was "super cool!!" according to Mrs. Broekemeier and the kiddos! Not too often you find someone willing to: be “jailed” at recess, work with kiddos on coloring, and play the monster at recess. He is just so awesome to our mini mustangs!

Earlier this week, students in Mr. Judkins' STEM class had a beautiful afternoon for their bottle rocket launch project!

The Homecoming Pep Rally was truly unforgettable. The atmosphere was electric today as the Mr. and Miss Mustang participants showcased their dancing skills, the Band delivered an outstanding performance, and the seniors secured a thrilling 27-25 victory over the staff in the annual volleyball grudge match. What a week! What an event! What an atmosphere! What a family! Go Mustangs!

RC takes the match 3-2 in Syracuse. The host Rockets made it interesting. Clutch serving by Peyton N. in the last set put us on top for good. Great job ladies.

In my capacity as school principal, I often assume extra duties; today, I was honored to substitute for the 6th Grade STEM class, marking my second engagement with this group in the past few weeks, and their resourcefulness remains astounding.
