We are so proud of our RC XC State Qualifiers, Eli, Allyson, and Sam, who wrapped up their season this afternoon in Kearney. The season may be over, but there's still no road too long for a Mustang.

Come check out the RCHS Band as they perform at NSBA State Marching tomorrow (Saturday)! Some important information: - Time: 1:45pm - Location: Secrest Field in Lincoln by Lincoln East HS. Enter through A Street (not 70th) - Payment: $12 for adults and $8 for students. Payment is cashless and can be purchased head of time at nsbma.org or the day of at the event. - Send Off: we are sending off our students from the HS at 11:30am! We will load by the main entrance and line the front driveway It's the final marching event of the season, so come cheer them on and see their amazing hard work! Also, nothing like a sunrise to end one of our final rehearsal! See you tomorrow!

Halloween is coming a week early at Raymond Central - this weekend come support the One Act program at the haunted house! Saturday October 24th from 7:30-9:30pm (open house)

Congratulations to Marissa T. on being selected as an alternate for the Nebraska Music Educators Association (NMEA) All State Band! This is a huge achievement, as this auditioned honor band only selects 11 trombones + 1 alternate from any class school. If called up, she will perform at the NMEA Convention in Lincoln in November. Way to go!

Volleyball subdistricts have been released! Raymond Central will travel to Bishop Neumann to take on Palmyra at 4:30pm on Monday October 26th. Good Luck Mustangs!

Today, Mrs. Oldemeyers Introduction to Skilled & Technical Sciences course took a trip to Nebraska's Innovation Studio. Here they were able to see innovative equipment and new technology in woodworking, metals, CAD, 3D printing, laser engraving and more!

Picture retake day is Wednesday, October 21st! Here is the retake information:

If you're satisfied with your child's picture, no further action is required.

If you purchased and were unhappy with your Picture Package, please send your Picture Package to school with your student on Retake Day. Your Retake Picture Package will be produced and shipped to the school four weeks after Retake Day. Please note, if your child is photographed on the original and Retake Picture Days, the Retake picture will replace the original picture in certain products, like the yearbook.

Students who were absent for Picture Day should come to school prepared to have their picture taken. If you have not preordered, please use the Retake Order Code 0492RFF to place your order at https://inter-state.com/Order.

Congratulations to the RCHS Mustang Marching Band on another outstanding performance, this time at the Oxbow Invitational at Ashland. The band received a Division I Superior!! Amazing hard work and dedication from everyone, and way to represent RC! The band will end their season next week at the NSBA State Marching Festival in Lincoln at Secrest Field. They perform at 1:45pm. See you then!

Good Luck to Mustang Volleyball in the NCC Championship game! The game against DC West starts at 2:30pm! Good luck Mustangs! FANS - DC West is cash only today.

Put on your warm clothes and come out to support our Mustangs as they take on Arlington tonight at 7:00pm. Senior night festivities both before the game and at halftime as well as Pink Out!

After their sweep of Louisville tonight, the Mustang Volleyball team will take on DC West for the NCC Championship on Saturday at 2:30pm at DC West!

Congratulations to the Raymond Central Cross Country team on their performances at the district meet this afternoon. Qualifying for state were Allyson Tvrdy (3rd), Eli Zobel (9th), and Sam Norlen (13th). They will compete next Friday in the NSAA Class C Championships at the Kearney Country Club. Thank you to XC seniors Sam, Jasmine, Zaylee, and Marissa for your dedication to the XC program. There's no road too long for a Mustang!
