What happens when we unleash a preschool teacher on a weights class? Absolute epic learning fun!
Per Ms. Areil: On Fridays I sometimes get the opportunity to jump in and offer a different style workout for the 7th and 8th grade weights program.
Today I opted for relay races and bubble popping! Cardio+Team Work+Integrity.
The Mustangs were good sports and seemed to have a good time with the silly stuff.

You can dance, you can jive because it’s OPENING NIGHT of Mamma Mia! 🪩
We hope to see you there!

What occurs when a 6th grade Band Class is transformed into a game? The answer is the inaugural Raymond Central Battle of the Bands. Three rounds of music were performed by these energetic musicians, who had formed their own teams, with the goal of being crowned champion. I was honored to be part of the judging panel. The decision was not an easy one, but we ultimately were able to choose a winner.

One of the most rewarding aspects of teaching is witnessing students experience learning that genuinely sparks their enthusiasm. Following an intensive design and construction phase, today marked the launch day for these Raymond Central JH STEM students. I will let the images speak for themselves, but it would be an understatement to say they thoroughly enjoyed launching their water bottle rockets today. This was an enjoyable experience.

Remember to RSVP for the Athletics and Activities Banquet!

Over the last few days, the crew members of the spring musical have learned their parts, made creative decisions, and helped add their pieces of the puzzle.

We feel fortunate to have been a part of their growth and development. We offer our heartfelt congratulations to each of them.
