
The Raymond Central cross country team battled heat and wind at the Wahoo Invitational at Lake Wanahoo. Medaling for the Mustangs were Allyson Tvrdy (4), Teagan Schomer (6), Sam Norlen (5), and Eli Zobel (6). Despite the conditions, several Mustangs came away with course personal bests, leading both varsity squads to fourth place finishes. Next action for the cross country team is the Columbus Scotus Invitational on 9/18 at Lutjelusche Cross Country Course. Races begin at 4:30. There's no road too long for a Mustang.











Raymond Central takes Louisville in three straight. Great job ladies. Awesome crowd and student body support was here for the Mustangs as always.

The Mustang softball team placed second at the Auburn tournament today. They beat Diller-Odell and the hosts before falling to Nebraska City in the final. It was a great tournament.











Saunders Medical Center is taking orders for the annual pink out shirts. Attached is a flyer that can either be dropped off in any of the school offices or you can order online. Support a great cause!

The Raymond Central cross country team continued their hot streak at the DC West Invitational at Boys Town this afternoon. The girls were lead by Teagan Schomer's runner-up finish. Allyson Tvrdy (3rd) and Shyanne Leggett (9) also brought home medals, while Zaylee Kring, Jasmine Siverina, and Marissa Tvrdy rounded out the scoring. The girls team beat out Omaha Roncalli for the team title. In the girls junior varsity race, Morghan Shultz raced her way to an eighth place medal.
Junior Sam Norlen claimed runner-up honors In the boys varsity race, while freshman Eli Zobel medaled in 5th. Rounding out the scoring was Deacon Christensen, Lyliend DiCaprio, Henry Tvrdy, and Edward Cain. The boys placed 5th in a very tight team race.
Nine junior high runners also continued their strong seasons. Next action for the Mustangs is the Wahoo Invitational at Lake Wanahoo. Races begin at 4:00pm. There's no road too long for a Mustang.
