Mental Health Outdoor Challenge! The challenge is based off the knowledge from studies showing how mental health can be improved with both time outside and movement. This is open to ALL with a goal of together reaching 50K Miles of outdoor activity! Each week participants will receive an email with tips and resources for mental health, nature and physical activity. The challenge will use our Walk 2 Unlock Nebraska platform to track miles. Registration opens on Monday September 25th with the challenge starting October 1st.
