This week's Staff Spotlight is Patricia (Patty) Hudson! She is the Food Service Director for all three buildings. Patty went to college at UNL for 3 summers and Kirkwood C.C. in Iowa. She also has an associate's degree in Arts and Science and is also a Certified Surgical Technologist. In her words, Patty chose to work in her position because "I love to cook and wanted a job that did not require working weekends". Patty's dream vacation would be to go to Australia. Her favorite drink is Diet tea and her favorite food is crab legs or lobster.
