This weeks Jr. High Speech spotlight is... Lauren Hellerich! One thing Lauren enjoys about speech is the food they get to eat. Her FAVORITE event is impromptu. The reason why she is currently in speech is because her dad forced her into it, but as of now she is loving it! A piece of advice she would give to someone possibly interested in joining the team is to just go for it, because it isn't as bad as you might think it is. Lauren says her speech season is starting off great!!
