This week's staff spotlight is.. Mrs. Schaffer! What Mrs. Schaffer likes about Raymond Central is the small school environment, the opportunities that the students have and seeing how the FBLA members succeeding in the different competitions and network with others across grade levels and with different schools. Being a teacher was something that she did indeed want to do while growing up. If she wasn't a teacher she would want to do marketing or website design. What makes a 'good' day at RC for her would be when all the students are involved in hands on activities. Another teacher's class Mrs. Schaffer would like to enroll in even if it was just for a day would be any FCS, Ag/Industrial Tech, or History classes. Some advice that she would tell her students would be "Don't be afraid to fail. FAIL stands for First, Attempt, In, Learning. ".
