Staff Spotlight: Mrs. Tvrdy

This week's staff spotlight is... Mrs. Tvrdy! What does Mrs. Tvrdy like about Raymond Central? Well she loves being in a small community where you know every student on a more personal level rather than just knowing their name. She had always wanted to work with kids on some sort of level. She has had many roles as a substitute teacher, paraeducator, coach, and administrative assistant which have allowed her to interact with the students on a whole different level. If she wasn't a staff/teacher she would want to be able to do something with sports. Whether it be coaching or officiating. She would also like to work at a nursery/greenhouse so she could be outdoors all the time. What makes a 'good day' for Mrs. Tvrdy would be when she sees the students happy at school and possibly attending some sort of sporting event or activity in the evening. Another teacher's class that she would like to enroll in even if it was just for a day would be Senor Karel's class so that she could brush up on her Spanish!
